A space for your celebration
Your own area from 25 guests
Enjoy exclusive use of the back of the venue for groups of 25 guests or more, with a minimum bar spend of $750.
The whole venue for 50 to 80 guests
Make Willing Distillery yours with exclusive use of the full venue for groups of 50 to 80 guests, with a minimum bar spend of $1,500.
Bar spend is also flexible and can be individuals purchase their own drinks, a tab covering some or all drinks with or without a cap; or a combination of all.

Drinks your way
Keep things simple with guests purchasing their own drinks, organise a bar tab covering selected drinks or the full menu, or combine both. You can also set a spending cap to suit your budget.

Prosecco, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir from $12 a glass or $45 a bottle

Mocktails and soft drinks
Make the occasion your own with a signature cocktail created for your event, or welcome guests with a Rosella Spritz for $12 per person.
Wine and beer preferences can be discussed when planning your function.

Food to suit your gathering
From canapés to shared platters and antipasto, we can help organise small bites, entrees or something more substantial.
Prefer to organise catering yourself? We also recommend B-Rad BBQ and Taste of Italy.
Catering can be organised for a fee (from $50) from Pony & Sid, or Angkor Catering, with a minimum of 48 hours notice.

Make it your kind of night
A smart TV, speaker and microphone, and projector with a white screen are available at no additional charge.
Play your own Apple Music or Spotify playlist, or leave the music to us.
Karaoke is available for an additional $20, and live music or a DJ can be organised for an additional fee.
